Guyatus- Day 12: Celebrity Stalker

So clearly my 30 days of bollywood movies has now become null and void- it doesn't have to I realize but I'm putting it on hold for this entry. My obsession for the week is the above gentleman, an Israeli singer by the name of Ivri Lider, who I love. I saw him in concert last year and fell in love with his voice and him. But let me backtrack for one moment.
On Sunday I went to see another Israeli band called Hadag Nachash [I've blogged about them and posted one of their videos already]. They are one of my favourite all time bands. The concert was phenomenal, we got to see the soundcheck which was cool, but truth be told a little boring. The best part was that after the concert I was cleaning up with my Hillel crew and the band just came off the stage and mingled with the few fans that were left. I managed to get an autograph from all 7 of them and some pictures [which I will post as soon as I get them from Nikki]. My co-worker even said that I might have been able to go home with one of them.... I'm not so sure, but what I can say is he is damn cute.
Because Ivri Lider was peforming the next night at a film festival party for the Israeli movie The Bubble, he came to the Hadag Nachash concert. So Nikki dragged me up [because I was too bloody nervous to go myself] and introduced herself. I was like ummm..... "I'm so nervous right now I can't even remember my name, Hi I'm Rebecca..." OMG- it was nuts!!!! But he was really sweet and he signed a t-shirt for me later- personalized in hebrew! And so I've fallen hard. The next night at the festival film party he was again mingling with the crowd and I went up to him again and someone was going to introduce me, but he was like yeah I remember you from last night. So I was like, really I'm not a stalker, and he said "Yeah I know, you seem like a nice girl" gush gush gush..... He is so cute!!!! He was amazing- the picture above is from the concert.

PS I should mention that he is totally gay.
