Two Thursdays ago I'm coming out of a drive way with a light, making a left, b/c you can only make a left or right. I go on the green, b/c generally that's what you do on a green. Then my passenger, Dafna, said Oh My G-d, I look to my left and there is a car coming straight at me. I freak, speed up to get out of her way but unfortunately it seems that she sped up to right into the back seat of the driver's side of my car. Thankfully everyone was ok.
Avry not so much. After many phone calls and much aggravation I found out on the Friday afternoon that the woman was claiming I ran the red. ARGH!!!!
I had a passenger in the car, who was my witness and I suppose based on her testimony and the logistics of the accident the insurance company finally, after a very long and stressful and depressing weekend, found me not at fault.

omg that really sucks. I was the driver in a very similar accident. The glass on that side of the car shattered all around my younger sister, who started screaming and crying and was eventually led off in an ambulance wearing a neckbrace. Thank God everyone was alright in the end. But ut was by far one of the worst experiences of my life. Glad you're ok!
