Idan Raichel's Project - Mima'amakim (Video)

This past weekend was Yachad. A Israeli solidarity rally put on by Hillel of Greater Toronto with special guest Idan Raichal. It was amazing. More than amazing. The band is fantastic.
It is a mixture of Arabic, Ethiopian and Israeli music.
The first time I saw this video was in a cafe in Israel with Omer and it was a pretty crappy day as I was waiting for the passport photo place to open b/c my passport (along with my all my ID and money) had been stolen. I was stressed, but what I remember clearly is Omer buying me tea and trying to be supportive and then this song came on and I fell in love with it.
Which incidentally is why I called Omer at 6AM (Israeli time) when Idan Raichal began playing this song live in Toronto.
Amazing concert!
